At VRS & CO ANJANAS, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide quality products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Returns

  • You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods, personal care products, or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery under the conditions stated above.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
